What is your refund & cancellation policy?
RESERVATION / CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Early cancellations 48+ hours before a confirmed booking will result in Renters recieving a full refund (100%).
- Cancellations within 48 hours of a booking start date are non-refundable (0%).
All cancellations must be made to AnchorsBook and received before the departure date and will be effective on the date we receive them.
If you decide to cancel your booking, kindly ensure that the cancellation is made at least 2 days before the scheduled booking date. Failure to comply with this notice period will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
For your safety, the Captain may have to cancel the cruise due to safety or weather conditions. If the weather changes drastically during a booking and the Captain decides to go back to the dock, AnchorsBook will honor the remaining time on another date, applying the credit towards your next booking. If the return is within less than 1 hour of the end of your booking, the charter is terminated.
In case of unfavorable weather conditions, the trip may need to be canceled for that day. However, you can freely reschedule without incurring any charges, but please note that there will be no monetary refund.

*When you pay for and confirm a booking, we hold the payment and only pay the boat crew AFTER your booking is successfully completed, and you are satisfied.

What is included in yacht rentals?
Fuel, taxes, captain, crew, soft drinks and ice are all included in the price stated.
Can I wear shoes onboard?
To ensure that our yachts are kept in the best of conditions and for the safety of our guests, shoes are not allowed on board. However, certain types of sandals or boat slippers may be allowed upon the crew’s discretion.
Can we order food catering or drinks?
We have a range of menu’s available that can be customized to all tastes and dietary requirements. Alternatively, you can opt to bring your own snacks and drinks.
When do I pay and what methods are accepted?
After you send a booking request, the vendor will respond with a customized offer and you can then pay and confirm.
You will be notified by email and SMS text in order to pay and confirm your slot within 48 hours. Online payment methods accepted are Visa or Mastercard using Stripe secure payments gateway. As well as optional PayPal or Bank Wire Transfer.
Are children allowed on the trip?
Yes, all children are welcome but those under 18 must be accompanies by an adult.
Is a captain / skipper included for boat & yacht rentals?
Yes, our larger boat and all yacht rentals come with a captain / skipper. Our yacht also come with crew members to serve you and your guests onboard.
Can we swim during a rental?
Yes you can! You can swim during the daylight anytime before sunset.
