Gold Package
1 year Contract
AnchorsBook Will:
-Perform full boat rental management and running by our expert team, including all staffing & paying captain, crew, gas, managing bookings/listings online.
-Complete all steps to license your boat with the maritime authority in Dubai.
-Run and pay for paid advertising /marketing channels to increase booking inquiries.
-Receive a fixed 40% of total revenues to cover boat management team expenses, captain, and mostly for gas expenses.
-Repairing of the boat for any damage caused by misuse or any failure during the rental contract period.
-Be responsible for any fine issued by the government sectors (coast guard, DM, Dubai police..etc) during the contract period.
-Be responsible to choose and pay for berthing to the Marina on behalf of boat owner IF no current berth agreement in place. If an existing berth agreement is in place it will be transferred under the AnchorsBook fleet and company/entity to comply with Marina regulations.
Boat Owner Will:
-Receive 60% of total revenues.
-Perform major repairs/services due every 300 hours.
-Pay (4-5k AED) for registering boat to DT to ensure compliance and legality of commercial tourism activity. AnchorsBook team will handle and help with the insurance/licencing/registration.
-Pay for yearly berthing fees (to Marina, or through AnchorsBook).
-Pay for yearly commercial boat insurance.
-Pay for regular engine maintenance (1200AED every 100 hours of use).
-Pay for basic cleaning/maintenance (800AED per month).
Silver Package
1 Year Contract
AnchorsBook Will:

-Pay for all cleaning and basic maintenance (800AED per month).
-Receive a fixed 65% of total revenues to cover boat management team expenses, boat expenses like cleaning & regular maintenance, crew/captain, and mostly for gas expenses.
-Perform major repairs/services due every 300 hours.
-Repairing of the boat for any damage caused by misuse or any failure during the rental contract period.
-Be responsible for any fine issued by the government sectors (coast guard, DM, Dubai police..etc) during the contract period.
